Azad-Hye: The 12th edition of the World Future Energy Summit (WFES), a key component of the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2019, will witness a distinguished group of speakers who will discuss global sustainability issues.
The event, taking place from 15-16 January 2019, is hosted by Masdar City, a hub for cleantech companies and the headquarters of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), located near the Abu Dhabi airport.
This year the focus is on global collaboration for a sustainable future.
One of the speakers is the Armenian president Dr. Armen Sarkissian.
President Sarkissian is a physicist, computer scientist and politician. Previously was Armenia’s longest-serving ambassador in London (1998 – 2018).
During his stay in Abu Dhabi, he will visit the Armenian Community Center in Mussafah Area in Abu Dhabi.
Meeting with the community members is scheduled for 17 January 2019, at 5 pm, in the Souren Kojakian hall.
