Jane Angelina Darakjian was raised in Lebanon and graduated from the Lebanese American University with a major in Chemistry, Psychology and Math as Pre-medicine, and obtained PhD in Nutrition & Genetics from Yerevan University (Armenia).
She practiced Clinical Nutrition for 4 years in Dubai at “Belhoul European Hospital”, one of the most known private hospitals in Dubai, before moving to the prestigious private “Manchester Clinic” where she continues to work.
Darakjian has made appearances in various newspapers, magazines and TV programs for nutritional and sports educational consultations. She has treated VIP and public figures of different nationalities and practiced with doctors of various specializations and of different cultural backgrounds.
In 2009 Darakjian joined the fellowship program (IFPA Dr Jim Bell's faculty) affiliated with A4M (American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine) as a lecturer, at global lecture venues – from Las Vegas to Bangkok-, through which she further advanced her career in fitness education and gained a wider exposure of health problems related to diabetes, CVD, obesity, etc.
