Rosette Alemian – Mahserejian is born in Beirut and attended the AGBU Tarouhi - Hagopian High School. She is graduate of Philology from Yerevan State University in 1991.
As a teacher and principal she has served in Armenian schools in Aleppo, Cyprus and Beirut.
She has signed articles in Armenian press.
Alemian – Mahserejian is Director of the Publications' center of the Union of the Armenian Evangelical Churches in the Near East, based in Beirut. The Publication center issues the religious periodical Chanaser and the children periodical Artsakank.
