Armenian grammar lessons in Sharjah

We have received the following announcement from the Council of the Armenian Community in the Northern Emirates:

 

Armenian grammar course for youth and adults

 

We are pleased to inform the public that the National Council has taken decision to establish special courses for teaching Armenian grammar. 

 

The courses will take place according to the following schedule:
Every Monday from 7-8pm and repeated on Fridays 10-11am, in the premises of the Armenian weekly Ohannessian School (see photo on the left side).

 

The courses will commence on Friday 9 July 2007 for a duration of two months.

 

All those who wish to improve their knowledge of the Armenian language are encouraged to register by calling to the office of the Armenian Community Center (telephone 06-5660320), everyday from 8am to 1pm, except Fridays. 

 

The courses are offered free.

ՅԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒԹԻՒՆ


Հայերէն Քերականութեան Դասընթացք Երիտասարդներու եւ երէցներու համար


Հիւսիսային Էմիրութեանց Ազգային Վարչութիւնը ուրախութեամբ կը տեղեկացնէ, թէ ծրագրած է Հայերէն քերականութեան ուսուցման յատուկ դասընթացքներ:


Դասընթացքները տեղի պիտի ունենան հետեւեալ ժամանակացոյցով:


Ամէն Երկուշաբթի երեկոյեան ժամը 7:00-էն – 8:00-ը նոյն պահը պիտի կրկնուի Ուրբաթ առաւօտեան ժամը 10:00էն – 11:00, Օհաննէսեան Միօրեայ Վարժարանին մէջ:


Դասընթացքները պիտի սկսին Ուրբաթ, 9 Յուլիս 2007-էն սկսեալ երկու ամսուայ տեւողութեամբ:


Բոլոր անոնք որոնք կը փափաքին իրենց Հայերէն լեզուն բարելաւել, թող արձանագրեն իրենց անունները հեռաձայնելով Համալիրի գրասենեակ 06 5660320 ամէն օր բացի Ուրμաթ օրերէն, առաւօտեան ժամը 8:00-1:00:


Դասընթացքները պիտի կատարուին ձրիաբար:

    With great joy I read the National Council?s circular where it was announced about Armenian language grammar course starting from 9 July 2007.
     
    I had not entirely lost my hope, but frankly speaking, I was thinking that the YEAR OF THE ARMENIAN LANGUAGE was hardly going to be marked in our community. I am happy that my guess proved to be wrong. Of course the final evaluation will be based on the results that will be achieved from this course.
     
    I congratulate the National Council for this unprecedented step.
     
    As a word of precaution (which should not be taken for instructions) I would like to underline a trait in our national character, according to which we are determined to be loyal to our values. Therefore when we come face to face to new phenomena, especially like the idea of this serious and useful course, we either get excited (instantly) or look into the matter with bemusement and carry on with our normal life. I think there is a need in this case for ?marketing? efforts in order to spread this idea, something that cannot be achieved solely by sending circulars. There are many ways to attract and invite our sisters and brothers to this beautiful idea and see how it will be materialized. 
     
    On the other hand, I do not have any doubts that Azad-Hye, which has not been to this date passive to such events, will respond positively to the call of the National Council and will offer its share of ?marketing? in a serious manner.
     
    On the occasion of this announcement I would like to congratulate all those who are concerned with the Armenian language and wish them all the best.

    Մեծ ուրախութեամբ  կարդացի  Ազգ.  Վարչութեան  այսօրուան շրջաբերականը, ուր կը տեղեկացուէր Քերականութեան  դասընթացքի մը ձեռնարկման մասին՝ 9 Յուլիս 2007-էն սկսեալ:

    Յոյսս բոլորովին կտրած չէի բայց, անկեղծ ասած, կը կարծէի թէ Հայ Լեզուի Տարին   անշուք պիտի անցնէր մեր գաղութին մէջ: Ուրախ եմ որ նախատեսածս սխալ դուրս եկաւ: Անշուշտ վերջին գնահատականը ձեռնարկին արդիւնքէն է կախուած:

    Ազգային Վարչութիւն, կը շնորհաւորեմ ձեզ այս աննախընթաց ձեռնարկին համար:

    Զգուշացման կարգով ըսեմ, (սորվեցնել չհամարուի…) որ ընդունուած իրականութիւն է, թէ որպէս ժողովուրդ մեր ազգային նկարագրին չենք դաւաճաներ,հետևաբար,երբ դէմ յանդիման գանք երևոյթներու  կա'մ շատ կը խանդավառուինք (և շուտ…) և կամ քմծիծաղով կը նայինք ու կ'անցնինք, մանաւանդ այսպիսի գեղեցիկ ու  լուրջ երևոյթներու: Կը կարծեմ ,թէ ''Մարքէթինկ'' է պէտք այս գաղափարին տարածման, իսկ այդ մէկը շրջաբերականներով միայն չըլլար, կարելի է բազում այլ միջոցներով հրապուրել և հրաւիրել մեր եղբայրներն ու քոյրերը մասնակցելու այս գեղեցիկ գաղափարը իրականացած տեսնելու գործընթացին:

    Միւս կողմէ, կասկած չունիմ ,որ ''Ազատ Հայ''ը , որուն մօտ մինչև օրս  կրաւորական  կեցուածք չեմ տեսած, պիտի դրական արձագանգէ Վարչութեան յայտարարութեան և ''մարքէթինկ''ի իր բաժինը կատարէ ''Ազատ Հայ'' ի վայել լրջութեամբ:

    Այս յայտարարութեան առթիւ  հայ լեզուով տագնապող բոլոր հայորդիներուն պիտի ըսեմ՝''Ձեր Աչքը Լոյս'':
