Young talents of Armenia in Dubai

In collaboration with the Armenian Cultural Association of Dubai and the Northens Emirates, Alliance Francaise of Dubai will host a unique parade of Armenian young musical talents, in the Auditorium of the Alliance Francaise (near Wafi Center, Dubai), on 27th April 2007, at 8:00 pm.

 

The young musicians and artists who are specially invited from Armenia are:
 
– Narek Kazazyan (kanon), b. 1996, Vanadzor: Student at the Vanadzor Mikael Tavrizyan State Music College. Laureate of national festivals. Member of the “New names” program.

 

– Anna Avdalyan (song), b. 1995, Gyumri: Student at the Gyumri Jan and Alber Poghosyans Art College. Prize-winner of Alexander Spendiarian Young Players National Competition-Festival (2005, Laureate). Member of the “New names” program. Concerts in USA, France.

 

– Karen Safaryan (piano), b. 1994, Yerevan: Student at the Yerevan Spendiaryan music school. Prize-winner of international and national competitions such as the prize of young pianists named after Dmitri Shostakovich (2006, Russia, II Prize). Member of the “New names” program and Konstantin G. Orbelyan International Cultural Exchange Fund (2006).

 

– Tatevik Frangulyan (violin), b. 1993, Yerevan: Student at the Yerevan Spendiaryan music school. Prize-winner of international and national competitions like the “Delphic Games” International Competition-Festival  (2006, Kazakhstan). Member of the “New names” program. Concerts in Russia.

 

– Sipan Toroyan (cello), b. 1993, Yerevan: Student at the Yerevan Spendiaryan music school. Prize-winner of national competitions like the Alexander Spendiaryan Young Players National Competition-Festival (2005, Laureate).

 

– Lala Muradyan (song), b. 1991, Gyumri: Student at the Yerevan Spendiaryan music school. Prize-winner of the Alexander Spendiaryan Young Players National Competition-Festival (2005, Laureate). Member of the “New names” program. Concerts in USA, Turkey.
