Antranig Khachadourian

(Kameshli 1944 - Los Angeles 1992)

The first Principal of “Karen Jeppe” Armenian High School who has been previously a student of the school.

From 1967-1968 is appointed as social instructor in the school and teacher of biology for intermediate level students.

During the school year 1968-1969 he is promoted to the position of the general accountant and social instructor. Soon afterward he undertakes the responsibilities of the Principal from 1974-1989.

During his tenure the Zarehian building of the school is inaugurated and the number of the students surpassed the one thousand level.

In 1989 he immigrated to the USA and got employed in the Ferahian School (Los Angeles). Three years later he lost his life in a car accident.

“Karen Jeppe” High School's graduation generation of 2000-2001 was named after him.
