Our reporter Boris Tamoyan met with Director of Cascade Hills Residential Comples Haik Puzantian and discussed the new residential construction project and the construction market in Armenia in general.
When was the company established and what was its purpose?
The company was established in 2008, aiming at building high quality residential complex.
What are the standards adopted by your company and what are the current offers?
Our project is the “Cascade Hills” residential complex, located in one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Yerevan. This family oriented residential complex offers contemporary apartments with all amenities. The one-three bedroom apartments have a size of 50-145 square meters and balconies that overlook on the southern part of the city and Mount Ararat.
Are the special requests of the customers taken into consideration during the construction period?
One of our advantages is that we take into consideration the desires of the client, provided that they do not contradict with our general purposes. Currently about 10% of the project is completed. Our target is to finish the work by early 2013.
In recent years many new construction companies were established in Armenia. How does your company differ from the others?
Our company follows very high and superb standards. It is quality that makes the difference.
Do you have clients from abroad? How do the clients from inside Armenia differ than those who come from abroad?
Yes, we have clients from abroad. I can confirm that the clients in Armenia are equally demanding and they seek quality like others.
What is the current status of the construction market in Armenia?
In the recent few year construction was a leading business in Armenia. It has been a profitable business, although the current economic crisis did not leave it untouched.
