Ptit: Armenian language website for children and teenagers

Learning Western Armenian through games and other supporting methods

e-Ptit.com is a website dedicated to learning the Armenian language through games. It was launched in 2015 as the online version of the same name periodical issued in Beirut, Lebanon.

The website is updated regularly. It scored more than 50 thousand visitors.

The current COVID-19 epidemic has tripled the number of visitors (around 10,000 visitors from March to May 2020 only). Many Armenian schools worldwide started using it, especially due to its rich interactive tutorial. The material proved to have a beneficial impact on the students.

In addition to the language games, the website hosts mathematical, logic and entertainment games, as well as articles, fables, stories, jokes and puzzles that interest children of different ages and levels of knowledge.
Given this, the management of the website has decided to increase the frequency of the updates. New material will be posted on the site every month.

The project is financially supported by the Armenian Communities Department of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
